MULTI-ORDER WAVEPLATES 1/2,1/4

Multiple Order Waveplates(1/2 and 1/4 waveplates) are made from a single crystalline quartz plate. Retardation varies quickly with wavelength, thus they are generally useful only at their design wavelength. Retardation is also a function of plate thickness and is slightly temperature dependent due to thermal expansion.

Custom retardation and size is avaliable upon request.
These products can be used for the beams which wavelengths are in +/-1% of rated wavelengths.
The surface flatness is the reflected wavefront distortion of the surface before coating.
Be sure to wear laser safety goggles when checking optical path and adjusting optical axis.
